This blog offers commentary on current developments and scholarship in the field of international economic law and policy. It was started in January 2006 by Joel Trachtman and WorldTradeLaw.net, and is managed by WorldTradeLaw.net with contributions by the authors listed to the left. Please contact Simon Lester of WorldTradeLaw.net or Joel Trachtman with any comments or suggestions.
One of our goals with this blog is to stimulate discussion of trade issues, and we welcome comments on the blog posts. However, we will delete comments that are profane, mean spirited, racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate.
Requests to post conference and journal information
We receive many requests to post information on upcoming conferences and calls for papers from law journals. Where the request covers a topic we think will be of interest to our readers, we try to accommodate it, but we cannot promise to post everything. The main purpose of the blog is to encourage substantive discussion of international economic law issues, not post notices. Apologies in advance if we do not respond to your request.
